Credible’s 2008 Partner Conference was a success. We thank all the Agencies from across the country for joining us at our first Annual Partner Conference. All of us at Credible appreciate the investment agencies made to build partnerships with fellow customers and the Credible team. We were able to gain valuable information through the sharing of ideas, challenges and issues.

At the conference, we built strategic partnerships, shared best practices and enjoyed Baltimore’s Inner Harbor with fellow customers and Credible staff. Sessions were tailored to address different roles and needs. We reviewed new features and learned how other customers were maximizing Credible through customer led presentations. Customers were able to share their “wish lists” and other items with Executive Management during the Roundtable discussions. There were also plenty of opportunities to network with fellow customers and Credible staff during the reception and informal meetings.

CEO Matthew Dorman introduced the new Credible Customer Service Initiative. He reviewed the new Task Ticket Submission System process and discussed how it strengthens Credible’s commitment to customer service.

Credible closed the conference by outlining new technologies, how technology can simplify care, simplify management and improve the delivery of quality care. The two day conference helped maximize each Agency’s use of Credible solutions for management, clinical, billing and IT.
