1 Field staff downloads a work schedule each morning, or throughout the day if using the wireless option.  Staff can also add unscheduled services on the fly.
 2 For each service, the needed forms are completed on the handheld device, and may include signature capture both the employee and consumer can sign.  Time spent on various activities is tracked automatically.
 3 After the service is complete, it is sent back to the web-based Management Module service queue, where it is available for immediate review and processing by a clerk or supervisor.
 4 Manage billing, run reports and review service histories.
If needed, export data in a variety of formats for transfer to an outside system.
Review staff schedules and balance workload.
