Credible Wireless developed a solution that allows mobile
workers to complete their forms on a Palm handheld device.
Care providers no longer have to carry around cumbersome
paper, heavy laptops, or spend additional time outside of
their job filling out forms. Most importantly, users can
have access to critical patient information where and when
they need it – in the field.
The solution converts their forms and paperwork to an
electronic format. Users download their schedule each
morning and complete their work throughout the day, filling
out the necessary forms at the time and point of care.
Completed forms are then sent wirelessly to the database,
where the patient’s record is now up to date. The result is
a complete, legible record of client information, which a
care provider can then use to deliver the best care
possible.
In addition to providing improved care, Credible Wireless
customers have decreased the cost of providing care and
increased revenues. Care providers no longer have to spend
endless hours completing paper forms and have more quality
time to spend with more patients. In fact, one customer
found that each care provider reduced the time he or she
